Pastor Joe and Barbara Ward

Joe has served as the lead pastor of TCBC since 1991.  He and Barbara have been married for 36 years and have four children and four grandchildren. His training for pastoral ministry includes masters degrees in theology, divinity, and, more recently, a Doctor of Ministry in church revitalization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. ​In addition to his pastoral ministry at TCBC, he has also served as a Chaplain in the WV Army National Guard since 2008.
